No one was at the front desk when I checked in at 7:30 PM. I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes before anyone showed up. The key I was given was not programmed to open the door so I had to go back to front desk and again no one was there. Had to wait approximately another 10-15 minutes for someone to help. Went to try to get into room and the door would not open. Looked like the key was working but the door was stuck at the upper portion as if it was locked from the inside. I went back to the front desk. This time there was someone at the front desk and they just changed my room. I was then able to gain entry to the room. The door to the room did not close completely. I was able to lock it but the bottom portion of the door was open a crack and you were able to see inside the room slightly from the hallway. Many of the doors on our floor were the same The room itself was very outdated. The furniture was very old and worn. Did not look clean. The window looked like it had not been washed in a long time. There were finger prints and face prints all over the inside of the window. I was very uncomfortable in the room. I slept in my clothes on top of the covers. The elevator did not have any inspection report posted on the inside or the outside of the the elevator. I did not eat breakfast the next morning. I just wanted to check out of the room as quickly as possible.

Stayed 7 nights. Housekeeping never came to my room. Even after I went down to the front desk and asked more towels, soap, and shampoo on day 5. When I checked out, the trash was overflowing and the toilet paper was gone and there were towels all over the bathroom floor since there are no towel racks or hooks available.

There were multiple mistakes and overcharges made on the charges for our room. We had a difficult time getting them resolved.
