Had to switch rooms due to hotel 2 times and the final time, 3rd room there was a roach crawling on wall in bathroom as well as another insect on wall. I checked out! Elevator broke and staff claimed she didn’t know until AFTER she put me in the 1st room smh. Never again!

There were roachs in our hotel room which cause us to stay at another hotel for our last night in the area. They also charges me again for my room even though we paid in full before check in.
