装修陈旧，隔音很差。照片是美化过的。
房间的浴巾有些脏东西在上面。
离金字塔也不是特别近，打车还要25分钟。

我觉得非常好，服务人员热情，而且感受不到媚白情节，酒店工作人员帮忙拿行李，早餐也很好，停车也方便，尤其是热水充足，酒店顾客大多数都是欧美人，住宿体验不像评价里那么不堪，我给5分。感谢帮我拿行李的小伙，我住在5208和5212房间，房间也很安静。酒店图片真实，导航地点真实。
酒店很大，有游泳池，对面有一家麦当劳。周边环境有点差，家具有点旧，有年头了。服务不错，中午还送两颗巧克力。离金字塔距离较近。
酒店员工非常友好，服务很好。
这是我第一次来埃及，所以预订了金字塔附近的酒店，但我觉得开罗市中心附近会更好。
关于清洁方面，我之前有点担心洗手间，但实际上很干净。除了淋浴间的浴帘有点异味之外，我觉得这家酒店性价比还是很高的。
吹风机用起来不太舒服。
考虑到酒店位置和清洁度等因素，这个价格我觉得性价比很高，很满意。
员工的服务真的非常周到和出色。
酒店位置离市中心有点远。楼是挺干净的，但服务特别差，点个东西能把你等到崩溃。清洁工作做得还行。员工态度倒挺有礼貌的。电梯晚上老是坏，你就得走更远去坐另一部。早餐巨贵，一个人要10美元。
因为我朋友生了重病，我们无法出行，所以我们想取消预订并申请退款。但即使我们提交了医疗证明，酒店方也没有任何通融。我不明白为什么不能退款，至少这种特殊情况应该可以破例。
酒店性价比很高，离金字塔打车也比较近，下面还有个漂亮的泳池。马路对面有一个小商场，有麦当劳等吃饭的地方。就是设施稍微比较旧，浴室有点漏水的情况，整体还不错。

我的住宿体验非常出色。房间很舒适，地理位置完美，早餐种类丰富。工作人员提供了卓越的服务，竭尽全力确保我们有一个愉快的体验。强烈推荐，并且很乐意再次光顾！
服务很棒，感谢前台的Maryam女士、客服Ahmed以及预订部的Mona，他们在我们整个入住期间一直与我们保持联系。
