This is a small guest house in farm land near Stellenbosch . It makes an excellent base to explore the local area, the rooms are very well appointed, excellent quality bedding and a very high standard of housekeeping. There is good on site parking and a very pleasant pool It does not accept children under 12.

A tranquil estate, beautiful well kept garden and pool areas. Well planted rose garden. Our room no 4 was comfortable with lovely garden views. Best is the picturewindow. It has a gas fireplace, bar fridge, coffee station, spa bath, bottle wine on the house. Great breakfasts. Very friendly staff. A bit like home away from home.

I stayed at Slaley with my bridal party the night before my wedding and then with my husband on the night of. The staff were beyond helpful, and made this period all the more special with their excellent service. The breakfast (continental and fry up) was very fresh and yummy. The views were also incredible.
