The hotel is in a really accessible part of town, which made our touring of El Paso pretty easy. The room was mostly clean when we got there, but we did see some small stains on the blankets. The staff were quite friendly, the breakfast was great, and I really liked the lobby area for all of the games it offered.
My only real complaint for the hotel was that our room didn’t have a closet. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel without a closet, and it definitely made the stay for our family a three trickier than it needed to be.

We've stayed here three times in the past year and really like everything about it. It's conveniently located near all the places we needed to visit, some of which we could walk to.

Check in was a breeze, got to room and didnt have a renote, when back down to front desk, they found one, went back to room and had no channels went back down to front desk and told them but they said there maintenance are gone for the day and couldnt do anything for it till morning. Other than that beds comfy, so are pillows, room was clean, no trash bags though in trash cans.
