Very nice, friendly staff, good food in reasonable price.Nice staff memebers Mr. Mandeep,Akansha,Nikhil,Ashish and Jatin these all are good and all give me nice service.

The hotel has really nothing much to write about. It’s been built by bean counters. They have skimped on almost everything. Maybe Fortune hotels are supposed to be a down market brand of ITC but why make it so downmarket. Are they supposed to be absolutely no frill hotels ? I wouldn’t like to stay in a Fortune hotel after this stay. Also like other ITC hotels and Mariott they only have yellow lights. One can’t read a book in the room. The staff was polite but a bare minimum. The entry to the hotel didn’t have a large signage. One tends to miss it

这家酒店的装修有点粗糙。房间虽然很大，但可能没那么必要。前台服务没问题。
非常基础的酒店，最多住一两晚还行。
各位，千万别住这家酒店！它简直就是个破烂不堪的垃圾场，靠着离赛博城（Cybercity）近才勉强冒充四星级。每次入住体验都糟透了。你可能会问，我为什么还要住这里？因为我公司跟他们有“合作关系”。最近一次糟糕的经历是这样的：我下了一整天的班，一大早就从班加罗尔出发，晚上很晚才到，只想好好睡一觉。结果发现房间热得要命。我要求换房，不想浪费时间让维修人员来修。结果等了一个小时，换到新房间后发现马桶冲水又坏了。就这价格，简直就是个垃圾场。而且，这里根本没有安保，电梯门都没装刷卡器，所以你晚上都能听到隔壁房间的争吵声。
维护极差的房产，即使免费也不建议入住。预订了三晚，但只住了一晚就退房了，因为我实在受不了了。墙壁潮湿，窗帘上有污渍，房间里弥漫着霉味，熨斗也坏了。我刚一打开熨斗，房间的电源就跳闸了。我觉得ITC酒店集团已经忘记维护这处房产了。也有一些优点：1. 工作人员很礼貌，提出可以给我换房间；但那时我已经决定要走了。2. 浴室淋浴水压不错。3. 地理位置优越。
我在这家酒店的体验糟透了。我在这里住了一天，房间号是504。前台工作人员，包括经理Sarad先生和Jitender先生，都把我当成敌人。我做梦也没想到经理会这样对我，他竟然说：“我给你房间就是为了报复你。”
干净的酒店，漂亮的房间，非常友好的工作人员。我们在该设施内停留的时间很短，因此无法试用该设施。餐厅的食物非常好，维沙尔（Vishal）为我们服务，他非常友善且乐于助人
