房间很大,还有浴缸,比较安静。酒店是连锁的,前台超多人,评价也很好。出门左后方就是红超,方便买东西。离机场就15km,方便去坐飞机
房间不错,就是床相对国内的会比较窄,有点不习惯,配有浴缸,早餐丰富,服务员比较热心,下次来还会选择这里
1,房间大小适中,不是太大但也不是很小,刚刚好。
2,酒店洗澡是个浴缸,淋浴也是在浴缸里面,住的两个俄罗斯酒店都是这样,都是浴缸淋浴。
3,酒店离机场开车15分钟左右。
4,酒店前面是个广场。
第二次入住了,环境很好,酒店对面就是胜利广场,离地铁口也不远,去机场也近,出行和购物都很方便,大堂内还有个大商店。
真的没想到精心挑选的酒店居然会成为我的噩梦。原订在这家酒店住5天,结果因为第3天清晨发生了一件让我很无语的事情,特此提醒大家在外一定要注意安全。事情是这样子的:第3天清晨5点半,我被一阵DUANGDUANGDUANG的响声吵醒,透过房间门的猫眼,我看到一个健硕的俄罗斯人正在用他的背不停的撞我的房门。我当时害怕极了,脑子一片空白,连忙给前台打电话,一连打了2个电话都没有人接。这个人持续用背撞我的房门大约10分钟后停止了,幸亏我把房门反锁且打开了防盗链,否则这个人撞开了我的房门真的不知道会发生什么。我躺在床上,脑子里一遍遍的播放刚才的事件。早上9点半,我与另外一个公司的俄罗斯员工一齐找酒店前台反映这个事情。前台态度极其冷淡,只是简单询问了一下事情的经过,我要求查看监控录像,前台表示只有安保经理才有权限,当时安保经理不在,需要等半个小时才会过来。我在酒店大堂一边等候安保经理,一边向携程反映事情的经过。安保经理过来后并没有邀请我一起查看监控,只是与前台一同去了监控室,我继续在酒店大堂等待。大约过了10分钟,前台过来了,轻描淡写的跟我说他们看了监控,那个人敲了每个房间的门,不只是我的,我当时就非常生气,要求查看监控录像,结果前台表示只有警察来了才可以。因为处理这个事情耽误了我2个小时的时间,我还有工作需要处理,鉴于酒店前台极差的工作态度,我选择了立即退房,将房费退还和赔偿的诉求交由携程负责处理。在携程专员与该酒店沟通的过程中,酒店方也一直编造理由,解释说是保洁正常打扫卫生,我质问道,哪有酒店会在清晨5点半打扫卫生?虽然维权的过程不易,还是非常感谢携程站在客户的角度积极为我考虑并提供了让我满意的解决方案。希望大家能够擦亮眼睛,不要入住这家没有服务意识的酒店。
帮同事订的房间,经济论坛期间,一房难求啊!这家也是我们的常住酒店之一了,门前就是胜利广场,离展览中心近。到市区还是有点距离的。
酒店靠近机场,出行比较方便,打车容易到达。在这打车到涅瓦河的经典景点大概需要时间是35分钟!涅瓦河非常美丽!

酒店离机场不远,旁边就是胜利广场。也有不少商场和超市,生活还算便利。旁边的欧亚餐厅人气很旺,买卡吃饭更划算。
很方便,酒店旁边有超市和餐厅,走路十分钟有地铁,距离展馆打车不堵车十几分钟。一楼有早餐,晚上还有唱歌表演。酒店人流量很大。
