糟糕的经历
房间很脏,床单也很脏。我不得不自己去拿床单,换床单。值夜班的阿曼达很友善,说她会把床单和房间的情况告诉经理。第二天早上我交钥匙的时候,前台服务员很冷淡。我问她有没有给经理的便条之类的,她说没有,还问我是不是想免费住一间房。我当时吓坏了。我来酒店是因为家里的空调坏了,而且我有严重的哮喘。我来酒店是为了缓解一下,结果床单很脏,不得不找服务员帮忙,还被指责想要免费的东西。糟糕的经历。
我住的五天里,客房服务员从来没有打扫过房间,卫生纸用完了,不得不去前台要,房间钥匙每天都被禁用,我不得不去前台反复激活,另一边的工作人员真的是服务员

一家破旧的酒店。就两星标准,仅此而已。不过床很舒服,空调超级冷。
