My room was smoky, and there was no housekeeping over a three-night stay. I forgot a valuable item in my room, called the desk within a couple hours of checking out, was promised a callback (either way), and haven’t heard from anyone since. Two stars.

This place is way past its prime and only writing that because there are 4 meeting rooms for conferences. Sketchy location, dirty hallways, an outside door that stayed propped open with a rock because the key wouldn’t open it, disgusting room with hair in the bed and the bathroom, and didn’t know about the free breakfast but there wasn’t one. Only stayed here to go to a show at Grizzly Rose. Two women were complaining about their room when we checked in and the fact they couldn’t get a refund.

the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.
