We didn’t stay lol. The ladies up front were great and knowledgeable.
Bad location first off, homeless people were up and down the area and some inside the parking lot.
Walking to my room smelled like smoke, room itself was dirty shower was not cleaned.
Service from the ladies up front were the only positive things about this 5 minute stay

From the staff yelling at us for things we weren't doing like propping open a door to one of them claiming the area was full of Crack heads. Terrible staff. Seems like more of a homeless shelter. Especially with multiple visits from the police most days.

In an industrial area. Lot lizards across the street, first impressions had the bar set very low. However the room was clean the staff was pleasant enough. Breakfast was delicious

My first floor room window had no lock and could be opened from either side, the whole way. They fixed it, but i was lucky to notice it - which i only did because the room stank of cigarette smoke. I was able to use some scented spray the front desk provided which helped, but it was still gross.
The front desk and maintenance staff were very friendly and did their best.
No free breakfast, which was noted on rental, but that doesnt bother me because i dont eat breakfast usually.
Floors coming apart, locks broken on public areas, the fitness room was a joke woth faulty cable machine.

While this hotel was close to downtown Denver, the location seemed isolated. I had a bad feeling about the hotel from the start. I am a woman and stayed there alone. When I returned to my room after leaving for awhile, there was a crumpled up napkin on my door handle. I got the feeling that I was being targeted. Later in the night someone knocked softly on my door twice. I called the front desk told them someone was knocking on my door and I was scared. This was around 12:45am. The man said he would check the cameras and if it happened again to call him and he would come up to check. Around 2:00 am someone knocked again. I called the front desk and he said he was coming right up. I never heard back from him so I don't know what he found, but nobody knocked again. Needless to say, I was very frightened and hardly slept. I called down and asked someone to escort me to my car in the morning. The staff were friendly enough for helping me. On another note, the bathroom sink was clogged and backing up. The walls were dirty in the bathroom. The bed seemed clean. The room smelled strongly of smoke. I would have asked to change rooms upon check in, but I was in a hurry to get to where I was going.

We booked the hotel with free breakfast and the first day we did get breakfast and it was good. The second day we tried to go back and they said they changed their policy and we had to pay for it.

Front desk staff excellent. Friendly and helpful.
Overall condition of property shabby though.
Nonsmoking but halls and rooms reeked of smoke.
Only received fresh towels by request. Room trash from other rooms piled up in hallway. Very small tubes of shampoo/body wash, etc. No bar soap provided. That all just seemed “low value”.
Industrial type general vicinity seemed “sketchy”.
