酒店几乎空无一人，管理却很糟糕
我预订了一间高层房间，一开始房间有异味，后来又换了一间四楼的。
等我准备好了，他们就冻结了我信用卡上的每日房费，外加300美元以备不时之需。现在他们又冻结了大约400美元。
简而言之：管理简直是一场灾难。
