Rooms were clean. You have to get a code from the desk to operate the TV? That is weird. We had two rooms. The King suite was much nicer than the double room but it was still nice. Staff is very nice. Early morning showers? Water took forever to get hot! Breakfast was fine. The tea selection was delicious! Our room had a sink drain that wouldn’t pop up but otherwise it was a nice stay. Get a burger from Jaggers!

I’ve booked this place before and didn’t notice much, maybe because I was mostly at work, but this time I got to see how dirty it is. I’m not sure if the side door locks because the handle was broken and if pushed hard enough, it would open. The room we stayed at had a bad smell and you’d smell it if you turn off the AC. They might need to change their carpet. The bathroom door was sneaking and the fridge shelf was broken (seemed to be eaten by termites). I understand that people being loud isn’t a hotel issue, but you might need to know as walls are thin. Finally, I requested for housekeeping and I’m sure they didn’t even bother coming, but lied about knocking and since nobody answered, they didn’t come in, according to them. 1. My fiancé is a very light sleeper and he would have heard and 2. All the hotels I’ve been to knock and when they don’t hear anything, they enter since they suppose nobody is there. If someone answers, then they announce and ask if house cleaning is needed… I overall had a bad experience and only gave 2 stars because the location has different food options.

酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to complete an online review, our goal for each guest is that you have a great stay with us, I see we didn't seem to hit the mark on this stay, I would like to address a few issues, we are going through a renovation so some of the worn-out items as the bathroom door, carpet, the wood cabinet that has a chipped corner is all being replaced in our renovations, secondly the HK Request we did mark and we did knock with no answer and the reason no entrance was made even though you requested it was there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle (we did try by knocking but when the sign is up we are not permitted to enter and we actually tried two separate times), the side doors are in operations so not sure what handle you are referring to but yes our side doors work and are in operation.

Pool area had no ventilation and was super hot causing a bad chemical smell burning the eyes. Also, our room never got serviced. Overall, wasn’t the greatest of stays. Oh and the ice machine was still broken from a previous stay.
