This property was dirty had roaches in the tub, water did not work, no heat, the rooms smelled like smoke in a smoke free room, charges a 100 deposit for a 67.00 rate and did not get my deposit back, booked double queen beds and was given a king bed for 4 people because they didn’t have any rooms available. The list of things can go on. If I could give them no stars I would.

The room itself was lovely but there were a lot of people loitering and catcalling around the rooms. The shower made a pretty awful screaming sound too! Overall a nice stay but a bit of a sketchy location

My friend had a hotel tenants loose dog ran at her and her dog who was on a lead when she yelledcat them to come get their dog they threatened her and her dogs life! Said they woukd put a bullet in both their heads! The staff were no help the manager doesn't even live in the country we had to call the local police. The hotel would not give my money back and forced us to stay another night scared to death as we had no money to move to another hotel! I want my money back they coukd not keep us safe nor did they try to make things better.No one shoukd stay there ther permanent tenants are all druggies and dangerous. The police said they respond to numerous calls to this Redroof inn , the Walmart next door!

便宜归便宜，但真是一分钱一分货。网上的照片绝对是骗人的！他们办理入住时要收100美元押金，这在我在网上预订/结账时根本没提过。房间和酒店场地一点都不干净。马桶冲水也不好用。还得去找遥控器。三楼到一楼的楼梯上到处都是用过的猫砂。如果你只是想找个地方凑合一晚，预算又非常有限，那还可以考虑。不然的话，我建议你去别处住。
提前抵达，等待时间依然有点长，但这确实让人有些不快。不过，后来助理经理很棒，帮我办理了入住，并确保一切都安排妥当了。
房间经过翻新后看起来很不错，他们甚至还换了新床。目前来看，改变非常积极。他们正在引进新员工，所以服务水平也在提高。
一切都很干净整洁。
我丢失了预订，他们没有给我房间，却扣留了钱
