We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Our room was not cleaned every day. We ran out of toilet paper, kleenex and clean towels. Our garbage cans were full. Had to take the full cans to the front and said we have been here 2 days and no one had cleaned our room. They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper & kleenex and said they will have our room cleaned as soon as the cleaning person cane in. NEVER HAPPENED! I again told the front desk around 3 our room was still not cleaned. They said the room would be cleaned the next day (this was day 3) and gave us 2 bath towels no hand towels or wash clothes. Finally got the room cleaned and all new towels on our 3rd day. They should at least CLEAN the room everyday. Although the food was good. Will not be staying there again

Needs a little upgrade. in a great location.
Older facility, but well maintained. A couple of minor annoyances, bath tub dripped and shower didn't work. Hot tub was drained. Key cards remade twice to get working. Friendly staff . Still above average for the price.

Room not ready by 3 pm check-in time. Had to leave and kill time for hour. Upon return, room was not habitable; smell of cigarette smoke and overwhelming odor of strong air freshener made it difficult to breathe. A device with a label warning against its use in occupied areas was running on a table. We were moved to another room. The new room wasn’t particularly clean, the
shower immediately came on when the water was turned on and couldn’t be shut off, the stench of cigarette smoke was terrible immediately upon leaving the front entrance of the building, the gravy at breakfast was cold, and my wife and I hurriedly left when a guest openly vaped without being asked to stop in the breakfast room. TV reception also was not good. It goes without saying we won’t be returning, and we certainly wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

We reserved at this hotel based on the location from downtown for the B,B&BBQ rally. Two years ago we had a great time sitting in the jacuzzi after riding all day. Our first day this trip we found out by starting to get in the jacuzzi that it was cold and needed a new heater. When we checked in nothing was mentioned naturally. Then the next day, the only elevator that worked (of two) broke forcing everyone to use the stairs. Naturally we were on the fourth floor. On top of all that the beds are hard as a rock and suck. Needless to say I'll find a different place to stay next year.

Hotel smelled musky and old. Rooms were smaller and bath tub could use updating. Loose knobs in bath tub/shower. Looked like grime left around the drain of the tub. Stains on the carpet. Someone else’s sock from a stay before us under the skirting on the bed, so how well did they really clean. Over all wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was very friendly and seemed to be working hard. But, the room smelled very damp even though we couldn’t find anything wet. It was strong. We were only there for one night so we dealt with it. The staff mentioned that all rooms smelled like that. Also there was a red chair in our room that had stains all over. I turned it torwards the wall and told the staff about it. If the bed and bathroom hadn’t been clean, we would have left. Desperate times. Also, the bedroom wall wasn’t properly sound proofed so we heard everyone outside talking and noise from the nearby road.

The room was not touched between days I was there except for removing and replacing a bath towel, they didn't take the washcloth nor make up the bed. I regularly stay at this hotel when I visit family in Rogers but this will probably be the last time. Elevator was down which I know can happen but the one that worked was very slow. Bed very uncomfortable.
