房间特别多，比较尾部的房间需要走很远。

和中国习惯很不一样。例如，房间里面很少有纸巾盒，主要用布毛巾。房间里的饮用水是大玻璃瓶，重复利用的，不是一次性的塑料瓶装水。房间隔音有些差，和隔壁中间有门而且能打开。淋浴头固定在吊顶上，不是可以拿下来的那种。餐饮以南亚风格为主，几乎完全没有中餐。总体来说，虽然是伊斯兰堡最好的，但可能不如中国的五星级酒店。以上是不足之处。
比较好的地方是，环境确实漂亮，而且非常安全，卫生也不错，设施也比较全，服务也还可以。

serena简直太完美了，如果来巴基斯坦旅行，听我的一定选择serena，工作人员超级认真的！
服务非常好，地理位置优越，出行非常方便。设施也很棒。
