Our experience was awful. The rooms were absolutely filthy — we had to switch rooms twice, and each one was just as dirty as the last. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. To make things worse, we weren’t even offered a refund or any kind of compensation. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

The restrooms were not clean, the closet had chips with ants and also in the restroom. The sheets didn’t look like they were changed. Honestly I think the cleaning people they have are not cleaning. If the restroom toilet seat underneath was dirty that just tells you they only wiped the top and that’s it. The cleaning crew should be fired, just plain out lazy.

When I arrived at the hotel there was still trash in the room, someone’s razor and used soap in the shower, and trash under the sofa. Aside from that the AC didn’t work and a worker said they would come take a look and never showed.

Room was not clean. You could tell there was sticky stuff in the couch that wasn’t cleaned. The restroom was dirty. The shower walls still had old shampoo residue, the cabinet was dusty and the towels weren’t folded correctly. The bed had some hairs on it, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed.
