The Roaches crawling on the walls was not ok and housekeeping, manager and crew were very loud while cleaning rooms, slamming doors yelling at each other from one side of the hallway to the other, very loud and unprofessional..

The hotel looks great on the outside but the inside was filthy and old. Our toilet ran all night and the A/C wouldn't stay on. It was a huge disappointment and we only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked.

Room was dirty. Hair in shower, dead bugs and dirty in bathroom floor. Needed vacuuming. Wouldn’t stay again.

Our power went out in our room anytime you plugged anything in an outlet. Two days couldn’t curl hair or iron our clothes.

Checking in was great, they were nice and polite.
The rooms on the other hand were dirty, and the sheets had stains. We told the front and they didn't even give us new sheets. I had a two-night stay but didn't even stay a second night. It was that bad.

Bathroom was spotless. The comforter on the bed was lumpy but didn't affect our sleep. The breakfast was really good Anna the attendants were very courteous!!

Nice staff, but all in all I wasn’t impressed much with the lack of maintenance on the facility. Our first room had a permanently running toilet, so we were moved to another room. That room had a broken window curtain, so the sun was shining in our room all day. The shower had either scum, dirt, or mold along the bottom edges. A repair had been made in a wall near the a/c unit, but was never painted. In general, the facility wasn’t ready for prime-time. For a hotel with the name Radisson attached to it, I was not impressed. All of these issues could be easily taken care of by good management.
