At no point did our team refuse assistance—we aimed to meet your preference within the booked category or offer an upgrade subject to availability and price difference.2) Housekeeping and the note about extra serviceWe apologize for the tone of the message you received. By policy, daily cleaning is included once per day; a second same-day service may incur an additional charge. During your stay (12–15 October), our team provided twice-daily service on request with daily linen changes, and no extra charges were applied. The note was intended to prevent misunderstandings—not to offend—and we are retraining our team to ensure wording remains clear and courteous.3) Allegation of “anti-Chinese” treatmentWe take any suggestion of discrimination extremely seriously. Following the restaurant incident in August 2025, we issued formal apologies and upgraded our dress-code communication to Thai, Chinese, and English for clarity. 房间很干净,洗澡花洒水量巨大,早餐应有尽有,性价比高!周边交通也很方便,曼谷性价比这么高真的很意外哈
酒店靠近轻轨站,走路三分钟到,从轻轨站一站路到购物城,17站路到三头神象博物馆,就是为了去神象博物馆而订这家酒店的,非常方便!酒店房间宽敞,干净卫生,一楼有日式餐厅,味道不错。酒店房间行政楼层工作人员非常热情,但是可能人比较少,吃的东西不多,味道也一般,不过早餐餐厅还不错。试了一下送房早餐,只有日式和美式的,点了日式的,看着很有食欲,但味道实际上不太行。总体而言,已经非常棒,值得体验!

哟西! 曼谷日航酒店,地理位置和服务好,有些设施确实先进,房间外的城市景观美,健身房不错~肌肉💪🏻练壮。 早餐太美味丰盛了! 酒店旁边很多餐饮店、马杀**, 尤其是日式马杀鸡, 泰国、日本任意选, 被泰国美女当成了日本人,顺水推舟假装了一盘日本人, 空尼七瓦~、哇他西瓦他那咔~、~阿里嘎多锅扎一嘛思~ 啊~ki莫七。
1,和酒店前台入住之前多次沟通,不要角落房,依旧安排了角落房、随后通知携程,酒店的意思是不可能是角落房,并且放话,是不是角落房自己知道,请问图上的1203,是角落房吗,如图所示。为什么现实都打脸了,还在无理取闹不承认自己的错误?
2,酒店打扫人员没有换床单被罩,我就重新让打扫的人员重新做卫生、结果留了一张字条给我,写的这样的可笑的话“我们这次打扫给你是免费,但是下一次再多一次打扫,需要额外收费”、真的是要多恶心有多恶心。
3,上一次餐厅排华的事情已经做出差评了,一个自称酒店的经理在我的差评下面留言说给你们一次机会、这次我真的来曼谷将近一周的时间 又入住了这个酒店,我给你们机会了,于是又这样。有些话对于你们来说,只是话术是吗?都是假的?
酒店位置非常的好,但是整体房间不大,空间比较局促,至于服务,本身也没什么服务,但是确实离bts站很近。
我真的很推荐日航,早饭很好,中式西式日式都有,房间很干净,地铁站到酒店就3分钟,楼下就是7-11还有网红芒果糯米饭的店,周边日料店居多,酒店3楼有一家200多的omakase
唯一的缺点就是去机场要倒3步地铁有点麻烦(主要是省钱啊)
酒店地理位置极佳,距离通罗BTS站步行仅需3分钟,出行超级方便。房间宽敞、干净、设施齐全,淋浴设备很棒。我特别喜欢香氛沐浴露!早餐种类丰富,令人印象深刻。泳池也是放松的好去处。服务非常出色,尤其是前台员工Ten。由于航班延误,他主动通过电话用泰语帮我们重新安排了按摩预订,真是太贴心了。退房时他也考虑得很周到,确保我们一切所需都已安排妥当。我曾要求为我哥哥准备生日布置,酒店超乎预期的好——为我们全家安排了连通房,还送上了生日蛋糕和气球,给了我们一个惊喜。这是一次真正难忘的住宿体验。我强烈推荐这家酒店,并且一定会再次光顾!

早餐种类丰富,我很满意。
唯一一点不满意的是,我最喜欢的那个热带水果,是我从未见过的新鲜度极低的,感觉里面空空如也,看起来就不想吃。太遗憾了。

从入住到退房,每一位工作人员都非常热情友好。房间一尘不染,住着很舒服,还附带行政酒廊的权益。酒廊每天提供小吃和点心,服务人员总是面带微笑,在这里可以舒适地欣赏城市景观。自助早餐种类丰富,食材品质上乘。酒店位置绝佳,离BTS(轻轨)只有几分钟路程。酒店周边餐饮和探索选择也非常多。强烈推荐!
