不满意：1、艺术酒店的噱头并不惊艳；2、订房时选择绿色，分配的房间是红色；3、红色房间区域正对电梯的走道放置的红色大镜子，给人的感觉到了***，房间的布景更是让人感觉很压抑；4、房间空间不大，两张床之间距离过大导致其他空间不足；5、设施简陋，充电插座短缺；6、空调老旧，无法设置温度，风速和关机；7、网页宣传2025年开业，感觉有误，洗手间的墙体，柜子都有破损，大门框缝隙也不小。
他们没告诉你的是……酒店大堂居然在12楼！！！办理入住后，你需要房卡才能乘坐电梯、进入房间和停车场。我觉得前台接待员肯定是新手，因为她什么问题都回答不了，还是其他客人告诉我们电梯的事！酒店干净舒适，而且挺有意思的！现在我们知道了这些小窍门，下次肯定还会来。（房间景色）
很喜欢这个概念。我和两个朋友预订了三间大床房，房间设施和清洁度明显有差距。前台工作人员很棒，但屋顶工作人员就差强人意了。圣路易斯（STL）的酒店选择太多了，我可能不会再住了，但还不错。
工作人员专业、友好、能力强，但却没有提供五星好评的“它”的特质。我们房间里的电话坏了——电池没电了，而且在我们住的两天半里似乎都没充过电。要加毯子，还得跑到12楼。
套房的布局本来对我们两个人来说还行，但双人使用折叠床，导致浴室和卧室不协调。这是我第一次看到卧室套房的浴室直接在卧室外，而不是在客厅外。
