Room had roaches tv kept turning off and on flickering all night. Staff was not helpful at all, breakfast was not fresh never had milk or silverware to use.

The pillows smelled like dirty feet, there is a hole in the floor of the bathroom at the corner of the shower filled with dirt from where they haven't swept in ages apparently
I can't believe Ms. Hilton puts her name on this bad filty place. They overcharged for our pet and the carpet in the hall is filty stained everywhere WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

总体来说体验不错，但是浴室发霉，泳池太冷，早餐只有煮鸡蛋和百吉饼。

首先，员工很棒，乐于提供信息和物品要求。我们为周末家庭出游预订了 3 间客房。一间客房的浴室天花板上长了霉菌，所有 3 间客房都没有配备洗漱用品。整个酒店处于“几乎完成翻新”的状态，物品丢失，天花板上到处都是洞。我们 3 间客房都没有烟雾探测器，不确定当地建筑规范是否规定了烟雾探测器，但感觉不应该缺少。早餐很一般，但谁能抱怨呢，因为早餐包含在房费里。Ojos Locos 是最近的商家，您可以在酒店听到户外音乐。我想我们不会再住在这个地方了。

房间很不错。含早餐。室内游泳池看起来不错。床很舒服，床垫很结实。空调可以安装在更好的位置。去买了一个塔式风扇，通风更好。淋浴间没有洗发水或护发素。不得不自己买

其他人只需要抬起头来，至少向客人致意。
