Room was fine. Hotel is doing a remodel so no breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. Remodel is not disclosed on their website!

The first room they assigned me had some problems but they were super accommodating and gave me a new room with no problems. This hotel isn’t as terrible as these reviews say. I’ve stayed 2 times in a month and had had all my issues taken care of in a timely manner if not right away!

WARNING TO ANY LONG-TERM GUESTS: This is not just a review about poor service; this is a report of illegal conduct and tenant rights violations.
My stay spanned 72 days Due to the length of my continuous stay, I legally established tenant rights under state law. Despite this, management attempted an illegal lockout/eviction without following proper legal eviction procedures.
Furthermore, management illegally refused to honor my state tax exemption status, resulting in me being severely overcharged for taxes during my stay.
On top of the legal misconduct, the conditions were appalling and hazardous, including visible roaches and rats in the room and common areas.
I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and sent a formal Demand Letter to Wyndham Corporate demanding a full refund and compensation for damages.
Future long-term guests: DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are prepared for legal violations, financial harm, and dangerous living conditions. This hotel is operating outside the law regarding long-term residents.

We had issues with the cleaning staff being really loud at 8am. So asked them to please try and keep it down. They continued to be loud by playing music and talking to each other. Have never had staff be so inconsiderate of the guests. Also throughout the night you could hear the side door slamming and people getting ice. And our room was quite a ways down from that area. Check in was smooth, room was clean and everything worked accordingly. Kind of loud at night due to guests fighting/ slamming doors but settled down quickly. If need-be I would stay again.

Do not recommend this hotel
Parking was ok. Our sink had little bugs crawling around it. I found bug in my bed in the morning and had little water pressure in shower.
