Room smelled musty and obvious moisture problems at A/C. Got put right next to the ice machine which was enjoyable as you heard it through the evening. Overall not very impressed with the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room happened to be right next to the laundry room, and when the spin cycle was on, the whole room shook! Once I figured out what it was and realized I wasn’t losing my mind, I was able to relax. At checkout, the front desk clerk was very apologetic and kindly offered me a restaurant voucher, which I appreciated. On the positive side, the wifi was super fast and the bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved having multiple pillow options, a huge plus for me since I have arthritis in my neck. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Sandman once a year for the last four years, and have always enjoyed our stay. This year, we noticed that the pool was dirty and the chlorine was so strong that it made our eyes burn. The rooms need a bit of upgrading. The staff continues to be wonderful and the restaurants onsite are fantastic.
