We stay here 3–4 times a year, and this visit was completely unacceptable. Traveling with our 6-year-old, we were moved through four different rooms: one with a bathroom door that wouldn’t open, one with a flooding shower that soaked the carpet (lifting the carpet showed this has been an ongoing issue), another with the same door problem, and the final room had a shower that leaked and dripped all night.
The pool was closed with zero warning — the main reason we booked for our child.
The front desk staff showed absolutely no care, no apology, and no effort to fix anything.
We also had a party next door, and I had to call twice (11 PM and 2:30 AM) while trying to get our 6-year-old to sleep before a long trip home. Nothing was properly handled.
The final breaking point: we found a bug in our bed, full of blood when squished. That is beyond unacceptable.
This hotel has gone completely downhill, and we will not be returning unless major changes are made.

Staff was great, house keeping was wonderful! Room was cozy. The only thing I don’t like about staying at the Ramada is that there is no bathroom fan!!

This was the worst hotel i ever checked into, it was dirty and smelled really bad the lights gave me a shock and turned off.. i did not stay, i left and spent the night at a different hotel. I would say more but i won't. I just really think they need a huge upgrade and proper cleaning. Disappointed and disgusted. I wish i took pictures to show everyone.

the first room we slept in a hole in the mattress .they gave us another room for the next night but did nothing for and we stay there quiet often so dont know about next time

You have to park across the street in the parade off site and the key card didn't work when trying to park the car. The front counter staff took a while to open the front door as it was locked. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was uncomfortable caused some back pain.

Rooms noisy ,room was only cleaned once during our stay had to ask for fresh towels and coffee and water every day ,no staff to speak of ,cafeteria dining room and lounge were all closed for Reno which had I know that when cheqing in I would not have stayed there ! Bathroom shower floor very slippery !,, easy to fall!! counter a nightmare see through shower wall a very bad idea! Advertises about an airport shuttle but they do not operate one any more! My only reason for booking was because of the shuttle . So many other things I can’t even remember! Check in service was very slow also ! I can honestly say this has been the worst hotel I have stayed ,Marion
