The thing is..what could he do even if he came to the hotel at night without Plummer? Plummer made it to come to the hotel in the morning. He said he could’ve dried our room. But how? I asked him how and he replied ‘Somehow’! SOMEHOW! He didn’t even have any solution for even drying the room but blamed us for not calling him at night? Also he was not on the right point because the problem was the pipe kept leaking and broken toilet. Not just wet floor. We couldn’t use our own toilet so used the reception one at the lobby which was very tiring. And when I asked him whether I can claim the refund via email using the evidence like photo and video he replied ‘Leave negative review or do whatever you want because that’s what customers do in 2025’ How rude and sarcastic his attitude! I didn’t even think about leaving reviews but his attitude actually made me leave this review.
比想象中要好很多！可能是被欧洲酒店折磨的太多了，慢慢的对住宿的预期变得越来越低……价格有点贵，但不管是房间还是公共卫浴都很干净，晚上住客们都很自觉没有很吵，睡得非常香！特
我来说一下这家酒店的入住流程和具体环境
1,通过携程订了后，要联系携程客服给你发送就酒店的链接，填写个人护照和个人信息。⚠️注意，一定要提前填写，然后酒店才会给你发送入住酒店的大门门禁密码和你订房间的密码箱密码，有密码你才可以进酒店大门和拿到钥匙。⚠️⚠️一定不要用国内的思维订完酒店，就不管了，玩到晚上，哪怕是下午，再想着去酒店前台入住？这里下午和晚上都是没有前台的。只有早上离开的时候，要付城市税才会有人在前台。
2，关于周边环境和酒店环境卫生，我个人觉得还可以，房间大小对情侣都挺合适。
3，卫生的话，还挺干净整洁的，另外，晚上睡觉还蛮安静的，当然楼道有人走动回来，你还是可以听到的。
4，不提供个人洗漱用品，只有洗手液，一次性杯子，还有洗澡的浴巾等
5，另外我带了个人用的一次性一件套，个人喜好，全凭你个人。

无良商家，罪该万死，我们晚上九点到店住宿时，大门紧闭，联系店内联系电话，无数次被没人接听，店内的旅客也帮忙打了很多次电话，并且还是打了好几个服务电话，都没有人理会。最后搞到十点多，没办法又重新定了别的酒店。这是最最垃圾的一家酒店，世界各地的游客都要避开这个垃圾酒店。
垃圾酒店，大家避坑
酒店不错，位置便利，前台服务超级好。
住了一晚，有公共卫生间，一切都很干净。
淋浴间只是一块浴帘，不太方便。清洁度有点堪忧。隔壁房间的声音听得很清楚。房间里的家具很旧了，需要翻新。
地理位置很好，但是房间环境太差了，木质的衣柜有味道。
我们预订了一间带独立卫浴的双人房。房间里有所有必需品，住几天很舒服。浴室超级小但功能齐全。房间配有风扇、空调和暖气片。房间里有一些潮湿的痕迹，但总的来说，性价比很高。独立进出管理得很好。值得推荐。
位置还行，离哪里都近，你需要什么都能方便地找到。但其他方面都很差劲。入住手续，如果他们联系到你就会很容易，但要是没联系，你就得打电话或发信息。整个青年旅舍/酒店都弥漫着下水道和臭水的味道，房间设施勉强过得去，床铺糟糕透了。老实说，他们确实努力保持地方干净，但每个房间都得共用三间厕所。早餐根本没有，我们也不知道怎么弄，没有厨房，只有两台自动售货机。就这价格，我觉得你应该看看其他选择。
这不是酒店，更像是个旅社。房间确实跟图片上一样小，但住一晚也够了。然而，我因为凌晨5点要赶飞机，只想睡几个小时，结果根本没法入睡。我的房间就在浴室和走廊旁边，而且没有门，所以外面的一切声音都听得一清二楚。唯一值得称赞的就是这个“旅社”的地理位置了。最后，房间里的水是黄色的，我真不明白为什么，明明整个城市都有饮用水。而且公用浴室非常老旧，让人一点也不想用。
