Outdated facilities, acceptable decor, but the worst experience of this trip: after leaving my bag with the hotel, it came back covered in white wall dust, and wiping it revealed fabric damage(a nen bag worth 300 euro ). After staying in many hotels across Italy, I’ve never seen such careless handling. When contacted, the hotel flatly denied responsibility, refused to review security footage, and didn’t even offer an apology. Arrogant, irresponsible, and utterly disgraceful behavior for a so-called historic hotel in a “civilized city.” I will never stay here again. just remeber i paid u to work here, you justill can't do a simple thing well A century-old legacy can truly be ruined in the hands of such irresponsible people.
非常有意思的家族酒店，房间对着河景，服务超级好above and beyond，虽然设施有点老旧但是住起来很舒服！
房间设施陈旧，虽装修尚可，但发生了本次行程最令人愤怒的事件：寄存的包被白墙灰蹭脏，擦拭后竟发现面料破损, 我新包2000多刚买没多久，这可是徒步背包非常耐磨。入住意大利众多酒店，首次遇到寄存服务如此粗暴??? 事后联系酒店，竟以“当时未沟通”为由拒绝调查和赔偿，连一句道歉都没有????
如此傲慢和不负责任，完全不符“文明之都”之名，百年历史小心真的毁，在这些不负责任的人手里。绝不会再入住此酒店。

离火车站大概十分钟步行距离。房间布置有点古堡的风格，干净舒适。早餐种类不太多，可颂挺好吃。问前台要牙膏但是没有🙂↔️。
早餐不错，花园不错，停车位很棒。
位置相当好，免费升级顶楼江景房，传统意大利复古装修风格，房间不大但很干净，早餐简单够吃，地理位置很不错，步行10多分钟到圣母百花大教堂。
一家舒适的复古风格河畔酒店，坐拥美丽的城市景观。客房配备舒适的床和宽敞的浴室。早餐种类丰富，选择多样。工作人员服务周到，乐于助人。酒店位置距离火车站较近。
工作人员太棒了……非常友善，非常乐于助人。食物简直完美，远超我的想象，有各种各样的肉类、糕点和面包可供选择。环境优雅而温馨。景色优美，是个散步的好地方！床不太舒服，但与我体验到的美妙体验相比，这算不了什么，我完全没有多想。下次我还会再来的！
我们喜欢屋顶的景色、迷人的户外花园和美味的早餐。酒店员工，尤其是Heardeep，非常乐于助人，而且很友好。我们强烈推荐这家酒店。这是我们佛罗伦萨之旅的亮点。

我爱这个地方和这里的员工！！唯一让我不太满意的是，每次离开酒店时，都要把钥匙交给前台。我知道这些钥匙很特别，而且扒窃/盗窃很常见，所以这样做也没什么不好。
我去年用过它，效果很好，所以我又用了它。早餐非常好。
我请他们洗我的水瓶，他们很友好地答应了。
这次没有时间弹钢琴，如果有机会的话我还想再弹一次。
气氛很好，而且非常安静，我非常喜欢。
