Communication on arrival was poor. Reception closed before I arrived although calling in advance to see if I could get early check in. No instructions or information provided regarding lift instructions as one lift did not have levels labelled and no information on check out time etc. The apartment interior was very old and unclean and the smoking from other apartments around was terrible.

酒店回复: Lauren, thank you for your reveiw. The apartment you had has been fully renovated, new kitchen and bathroom, new timber flooring, definitely not outdated. Not sure what you mean about lift instructions? your key card clearly showed level 10. Both lifts are numbered? Check in is available once the room is cleaned and ready. It wasn't ready when you called and advised we would text when available which we did at 11.30am. Reception closes at 12pm on a Sunday. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels.

Booked a single room apartment, was given a 2 bedroom apartment for the same price. Giant showers in the bathroom, big bath tub. A really great room for the price! Close to 2 shopping centers. Would definitely stay again though.

Apartment was HUGE in a great position. Parking included was a real bonus. Needed a refresh. Door handle on powder room was broken and bathroom sink was blocked. Couldn't connect to Wifi
