Our flight got canceled in the morning and we could not get to our hotel that night but ******* would not allow me to cancel this reservation as we would have had to cancel by 3 pm the day before to be refunded. We had no control over the flight cancellation so we should be reimbursed for the reservation.

Went to sister hotel few blocks away first and told to go to other one! I was at wrong one. Clean, right in the hospital complex! Walked to Prestons Diner 3 blocks away, very short staffed, waited a long time but got a 15% off coupon from front desk so was fine. Receptionist said ok to walk there if with my husband but due to homeless crowd don't walk alone. They use A LOT of air freshener, so have to air out the rooms. Breakfast usual waffles, soggy eggs, sausage. Would stay again for price.

The room was clean and very quiet, until hospital staff began arriving in the neighboring parking lot just before 7am. Not a problem if you want a relatively early start.
Having the room fees charged to my credit card a day and a half before my arrival was a bit disconcerting. Thankful that I didn’t have major travel delays.
Would stay again. Very convenient to airport and medical facilities.

Everything was nice except for the stink bugs! I stopped counting after I killed 12 in 2 days in my room. They said they fall off the trees (but my room was on the back - 309 - no trees there) and that they had sprayed but they were on the inside and outside of the window and then on the walls. I wouldn't recommend staying here in the fall. Maybe other seasons w/o bugs? Winter would be just fine as that was the only major issue.

Clean and quiet!
Our home is in Sheridan Wyoming, so we drove 1.5 hours to Billings to begin our trip. We arrived around 8pm, the check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly. We appreciated the cookies and popcorn that was available. Our stay was quick, we had a flight to catch at 6am so we were out early. The morning coffee was excellent! We appreciated the location so close to the airport. We will definitely stay there again when we need to fly out of Billings, MT

我在公路旅行中住过各个酒店大约一个月，但这是唯一一家房间里没有空调发霉的味道，椅子上没有食物或饮料污渍，每个角落都没有灰尘的酒店。干净无灰尘。如果我回到比林斯，我肯定会再次留在这里。
