The issues you brought to our attention regarding the method of check in, the upkeep of our property and the deposit policy not being to your liking and other issues you've reported are truly regrettable. A deposit is required of all guests regardless of booking source and front desk hours are 7 AM to 11 PM. Guests checking in after hours are instructed to call the property number and check in at the after hour window. Thank you again for sharing your concerns.
