I'd rate this one as poor to terrible. Especially at the price. Kitchenette and room were ok, but lots of wear. Maybe a notch below 'road crew quality'! Breakfast was pitiful. However, shuttle driver and desk attendant were both polite, helpfu and nice.

This is hotel was terrible! There was a huge blood stain on the mattress and it stained the sheets right where the blood stsin was. I showed Robert the Manager and his response was "Thats why it has a mattress cover!" I had a hard time breathing at night, I asked to have my room vaccuumed their response was we only vaccuum every 2 weeks! I can go on with other issues, but Robert charged me $45.00 for the sheets and never told me. I made a formal complaint. When I told Robert this he said I was a liar and put me on a black list so I can not stay at any of their hotels which is a joke! Don't stay here it's not worth it!

I have stayed many places in Fairbanks, and Extended Stay has to be the best. We have two babies and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, it’s right next to Fred meyers and there’s 24/7 coffee. This place is genuinely so awesome!!!!

Have been here for a couple months and it is very peaceful, Robert always help with anything you need and the rest of the staff is very nice. Never much noise and everything is great for the price especially. Thank you to everyone who works here it makes alaska even better ‐ AJ

Not only nasty and noises from fridge but manager was rude and threaten with review removals if it said anything negative ! Then hung up on me! When you walk into your room after trying your key over 10 times ( cause person next door said it takes 10-20 times to get door to open) and you don’t feel comfortable sitting ANYWHERE! It’s time to check out. I wanted to let them know I would not be staying there the 4 nights I reserved but the way he spoke to me was horrible!

The Manager & Staff are very nice! They're always there when you need them 24/7! They keep it really clean on a daily basis! And it's very peaceful, especially during the night! Love the walking distance to Fred Meyers! Me and my little family enjoyed our stay 😃

The Front staff were above average and very helpful. We were a larger group with elderly, disabled, and a toddler. Trying to manage a grumpy toddler, two shopping bags and a key card to get into the building on the second night.... thank you "Melissa".
