酒店回复: Hi Lauren, thank you for sharing this information with us. We have not seen any DM's from you so are not sure where that went to. We are sorry to hear you had a poor visit. The mattresses in that building were replaced this year so are brand new this summer, we are sorry to hear it was not comfortable for you. The beach stairs unfortunately are at the mercy of the ocean and the big storms this time of the year and were broken 2 days ago. This has been reported to the National Park Service and will be repaired when it's safe to do so when the storm season is complete. We have relayed the rest of the information with the appropriate management at the property. Thank you again for the feedback and we hope you are able to return for a better experience next time.
