The bed wasn't made when we arrived for our first night of the 2 night stay. Other than that was clean, breakfast was stocked and with plenty of options to choose from.

Room was perfect for what we needed. It was in good shape. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. Hot tub was a great way to end the day. Glad it's open until 11pm.

The hotel is ok. Food variety for breakfast could most definitely be better. Also, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. Upon arrival, I was told they remodeled and there was only one sofa bed but it is bigger than a regular one. That statement was true and it was ok for us since we are one family, but if I had booked this room specifically because I could not have people sleeping in the same beds for one reason or another, this would have been an issue. I would book this hotel again if there were no other options available, but I would not go out of my way to book it. This hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping options in Grabd Forks.

The room had horrible odor- mold +? The tub drain was broken. The bathroom fan was broken. The a/c unit didn't work correctly ever and not at all one night. Doors didn't shut and lock- new room issued and it also didn't lock correctly and the key cards wouldn't work. We spent a lot of money for rooms that were shotty and needed many repairs.

The bed sheets under the duvet was dirty. Our kids found opened, empty small plastic bottle of liquor near the side of the bed. Disgusting as it was our youngest that found it and she'll still in the putting things in her mouth era. The beddings triggered my dust allergy, another indication that it wasn't cleaned or changed often. The vent in the washroom was also super dirty and dusty.

Amazing stay
Friendly staff, clean hotel, big room, nice pool, great hot tub, good gym, very good breakfast. The free breakfast was choice of yogurt, fruit, bakery items like rolls, English muffins, biscuits, they had make your own waffle machine,gravy, sausage, omelette with cheese, har boiled egg, cereal,and I'm sure I'm missing something but it was amazing. We also chose a late stay instead of checking out at 11 am we asked for a late check out til 1pm for only $25 more. I would definitely stay there again.
