Our hot breakfast and cozy room options provide the perfect stop for anything from stopping for the night off the highway to a cozy trip to all the fun of Louisville.I'm sorry that the indicator light on our smoke detectors disturbed your sleep though! Those lights are there to indicate that the detector is powered and functioning properly; many home models have this as well. While most guests aren't bothered by the small blinking, we do have eye masks at the front desk available 24/7 for any guest whose sleep is interrupted by the blinking light.Thank you for your valuable feedback and for being such a great guest. I'm sorry you felt I was being rude at check-in, but when you were so quick to ask about your Hilton Honors points before I even had you reservation pulled up I took that as an indication that your points were important to you, and did not want you to remain misinformed about your eligibility for Hilton Honors benefits under a 3rd party reservation. You then told me you had been informed at previous properties you were getting points, so I went to verify that for you and wanted to inform you that those points had in fact never gotten to your Hilton Honors account since, once again, it seemed that your points were important to you. It did seem that perhaps the drive had been tiring, and you were in quite a rush to get the check-in completed, even walking away while I was informing you of our check-out time and breakfast hours. I'm not sure which aspects of this you saw as rude, and I do hope your day got better after check-in as well that this helps clarify our Hilton Honors rewards program so you can book properly if you wish to earn points.

Unfortunately, our water may not get as hot as you are used to at home with our water having to serve multiple guests at once; though our showers will still get hot and steamy, it can sometimes take a bit for the water to reach rooms (particularly on the upper floors) if nobody has run it recently.Thank you for being such a great guest, and I do hope we get the opportunity to have you stay with us again soon!
