Overnight stay heading towards Grand Canyon. Hotel was clean and check in was easy. Staff were accommodating to our requests. Breakfast okay and overall clean area to eat before driving onward. Only complaint, no ice left on any floor due to others probably filling coolers.Good price for overnight stay

Check in was 3pm and we arrived at 330pm, the room was not ready. Room ended up not being ready until 530pm. Room was dirty. My kid stepped on thorn looking plants all over the carpet. We had to borrow the vacuum cleaner. Toilet was leaking. Water all over the floor. Poop on top of back of toilet seat. Will not be coming back!

Not sure where these good TA reviews are coming from but this place is pretty bad. Stinky mildew smell from AC, hair and blood stain on sheets, stains on carpet. I asked to switch rooms but woman at front desk said they were totally full except for pet rooms. Shady neighborhood with open unsecured parking lot. I requested an updated room but was given a run down tiny room. Nothing like the photos. I should have just left and stayed somewhere else.

Just ok. Location isn't great, the area is a little shady. The pool is great but closed due to lightning nearby. Internet was hard to log into and the TV didn't work at night or on the morning, but the guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly and the room was clean and cheap. So it's mixed!

When we arrived to the hotel after a very long day of driving, we were immediately greeted with a very friendly welcome from Roger at the front desk. He was fantastic! We asked for nightly restaurant suggestions and he was spot on with his recommendations. Our stay was for Flamenco Festival Albuquerque. This Comfort Suites location was an excellent choice for ease of getting around Albuquerque. We had the larger room suite and it was great for a longer stay. The bathroom was roomy and really clean. Having a kitchenette was a nice upgrade from the standard room. And the beds were great. No complaints! Terese P. was the manager and during the day and I enjoyed our friendly conversations. She was so pleasant and helpful. Being greeted daily with sincere appreciation and kindness is huge to me. This Comfort Suites location did not disappoint!! Thank you to Terese, Roger and all the other staff who were friendly EVERY single day!

I was in between 3 and 4 stars. The room was clean, and the suite with sofa bed was very spacious. Check in was easy, and they were very nice. The cons were that the hotel is not next to anything within walking distance, so felt a Lil shady. Also, tried to use the hotel's free direc TV movies, but it was buffering way too much and eventually just stopped. Shower temperature sometimes would change in mid shower. I would go back if the price was right.

We have always been warmly welcomed by the reception staff and for breakfast. Roger is very welcoming, he takes care of us and advises us on the visits we can do in Abq. He is very kind and always smiling, he made our stay at the hotel even more pleasant, thank you Roger. The two frenchs.
