Elevators broken . We were on the third floor and had to lug our luggage down 6 flights. Front desk attendant said oh we would have helped. So why no sign indicating this. ? Manager not available and I left a handwritten note for her to call me. No resonse thus far
我们到前台办理入住时，前台空无一人，等了大约20分钟，但除此之外一切都很好。床很舒服，房间很干净，免费早餐很棒，选择也很多！
住得真棒！泳池和热水浴缸水位很低，喷头也坏了，泳池关闭时间也贴了贴纸。除此之外，住宿体验非常棒！非常干净、宽敞、友好、有趣！
只有一位员工对我比较友善。我觉得我给他们大多数人带来了不便。我觉得我以后不会再住这家酒店了。
一切都很棒，除了热水浴缸温度和喷头坏了。除此之外，房间、早餐和酒店员工都很棒。我会再次预订房间。
房间超级干净，闻起来清新宜人。工作人员非常友好，我们一到就立即迎接了我们。
