Staff was great, very friendly and helpful service. The room was clean, but smelled of tobacco and cleaning products. Breakfast was solid. Shower took a while to warm up. Parking was great, plenty of it and very convenient.

The room was ok. The bathroom shower curtain was ripped and water was all over the floor. The hot tub jets didn’t work.

Clean room, needs some updating. Electrical needs repairing on night stand. It did not work at all. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

I had to change the date of my stay, and the hotel receptionist was very helpful with that. The lighting in the hallway was rather dark, so it didn't give a welcoming feeling. Inside the room, we couldn't figure out how to change the temperature setting, and the bed only had a sheet and very thin comforter. Now that it's not summer, I would expect there to be a thicker comforter, or perhaps an extra blanket in the closet.

The front desk guy really should not be working with people. Very unfriendly. The elevator did not work. The room was awful. The windows were open and would not close. The odors were terrible. Everything is very rundown. Housekeeping started banging on doors at 8am. The breakfast selection was not appetizing. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

We have stayed here a bunch of times, its always clean, friendly, free parking and breakfast are bonus to the inexpensive cost. There are updates needed, cracks in the bathroom, stains on some carpets, etc. it's not a Hilton, and we don't mind these things. For the price it's a great spot.

整个酒店都弥漫着异味,地毯看起来好多年没清洗了,房间里还有大片污渍。床垫又旧又软。淋浴没有热水,工作人员说酒店很忙,所以“请等几分钟”,整个入住期间水温都很低。电视很旧,只有有线电视,没有流媒体。早餐质量差,选择有限,热食只有重新加热后泡在热水里的冷冻香肠、烤香蕉,咖啡也喝完了。三楼的制冰机坏了。健身房里有一些有氧运动器材,没有力量训练器械。健身房里显示他们与Fitness Connection有合作关系的图片已经过时,而且不准确。绝对不会再来了。
