My stay was not ideal. The room was not clean, and the carpet had multiple stains, showing poor maintenance. There were no basic amenities provided—no coffee, tea, or even drinking water bottles in the room.
Additionally, there was a high-pitched beep every 30 seconds coming from a smoke detector issue, and no action was taken even after I reported it.
There was also no full, proper breakfast. Only one muffin was handed out by the reception, and a single juice jar was placed in the lobby as the “breakfast” offering.
On top of that, I was required to pay a $100 security deposit during check-in, which was unexpected.
Overall, I would not recommend this property.

I booked a 1-night stay 11/1/25 jacuzzi suite. Sole purpose was to utilize the jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi jets were inoperable. I notified the front desk. Associate stated the manager was off but he will contact them to see what we can do. He never got back to me. I followed up and he stated he will be sure to get back to me. He never got back to me. I waited a few days then called back. I spoke to a front desk associate and brought them up to speed on the issue. They told me I would receive points for a 1-night stay. She stated she would have the manager add the points. A week or 2 goes by. I check my account and no points added. I called back to make the property aware and they told me to email the manager. I did so. Waited a few days and the manager never emailed me back. I gave another follow up call. Was able to reach the manager Jereah (who didn’t introduce herself) I had to ask her name and title. She stated that the jacuzzi was operable the staff member didn’t know how to turn it on. She stated that because I booked thru a third party I wouldn’t have gotten a refund back regardless even if I left the room. She stated 11/5 the staff member requested 1000 points to go to my account. Which isn’t enough for a 1-night stay that I was told I would receive. She said 1000 point covers the jacuzzi not working. Had I known it wasn’t working I wouldn’t have booked. My special occasion was ruined with no proper compensation. I will never stay at this property again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didnt even get a chance to have the breakfast we didn’t sleep the night we checked out early in the night around 11pm roach infested very unpleasant to sleep.

The staff wasn't welcoming, I had to change my room and the other room I moved to has hair all over the place. That's disgusting. I will never lodge in this hotel again.
