It's a lovely property and the staff are very nice. They seemed a but overwhelmed (or short staffed). Our room wasn't serviced because they didn't arrive until very late in the day each day. By that time, we were in the room preparing for the evening. We just traded out our towels for fresh ones and got the trash emptied. That is all we really needed but it was a bit surprising in this hotel.
房间很好，员工服务也不错。但是房间价格偏高，尤其是加上40美元的度假村费用之后，考虑到我们只住了一晚而且没有使用度假村的设施，就更显得不值了。主餐厅的食物考虑到整个住宿的价格，只能说是中上水平。
糟糕透了！
从抵达酒店到办理入住再到离开，整个过程都非常糟糕。房间里弥漫着一股令人作呕的霉味。餐厅服务员态度恶劣，傲慢无礼。我们原本想在酒店享用晚餐和早餐，但糟糕的体验让我们不想再等，于是决定去酒店外寻找更好的餐厅。真是太可惜了。否则，这本来可以是一次很棒的体验。
酒店环境优美，员工服务周到，房间干净整洁。红公鸡旅馆的早餐选择丰富，但晚餐略显逊色且价格偏高。当地的高级餐厅提供更好的选择。
一流的服务。酒店环境优美，房间也很漂亮。我们是为了庆祝结婚纪念日而来，酒店没有让我们失望。浪漫的酒店和城镇。
我每年十二月都会住在伍德斯托克旅馆，每次都很享受。工作人员对每个细节都一丝不苟。我可以坐在大堂里一连好几天，一边欣赏着壁炉和圣诞装饰，一边读着一堆书。
我们被安排到一间比我在*******预订并预付的房间更小的房间，而且位置也不太理想。显然*******和酒店没有正确处理我的预订，但他们毫不在意。他们就是这么想的。我们还遇到了一个问题：我们坐在一家空荡荡的美食餐厅里，旁边就是吵闹的服务员站，而那里有很多更安静的桌子。最后，在离开时，他们坚持要我支付40美元的度假费，而我已经付给*******了。他们毫不在意，尽管我们已经订了房间，却没有主动要求退款。酒店员工迫切需要酒店管理方面的培训。
自去年以来，该度假村的状况每况愈下。
