Kinda weird. Very smelly.
Weird smells throughout hotel, lobby and hallways smelled chemical like a nail salon, and room had a different smell entirely that lingered on my stuff for days after stay. Floors were streaked with some kind of film. Had a TV 20 feet from beds, without a remote. They asked me to throw away my own garbage and clean my own room before leaving. One staff member gave me the third-degree for choosing to use stairs instead of elevator (my car was located by exit near stairs) Staff was otherwise very nice if not under-trained.

On the day of check in I had called this hotel to let them know we would be arriving later than check-in time. The front desk worker told me this was fine and would still be expecting us. When we get there, get checked in and get up to our room we noticed that the couch wasn’t a sofa bed. We had 6 people who needed beds and the room only had 2 beds. We reserved a room with 2 beds plus a sofa bed. When I went down to the front desk to the issue resolved the lady at the front desk said that she didn’t even know why the listing was on ******* because they don’t even have that configuration. Then proceeded to tell me that the room I was supposed to have was put under maintenance that morning (which she said nothing of earlier when I called) and so they “upgraded” me to the manager’s suite. Which had only 2 beds and no sofa bed. I asked how that was an “upgrade” and she said “because it has a walk in closet and more floor space.” I told her that I have 6 people who need beds not a walk in closet, so I need a room with a sofa bed. She just kept pushing the fact that my room was “upgraded.” When I asked for roll away beds and extra bedding to make pallets (on the dirty floors) she told me that they don’t have those things. So I then asked what my options were. She said since I needed a sofa bed then I could either be moved to a room with 1 regular bed and 1 sofa bed or I could just leave the hotel altogether. She gave us a list of other hotels which were unhelpful in getting us the

Extremely TERRIBLE, I request a refund on this.!
We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay. The condition of the room did not meet even basic cleanliness standards—the floors were so dirty that my socks turned black from simply walking around. The kitchen appliances appeared extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The hot plate on the stove had visible oil spills, which emitted a very unpleasant odor when used. Additionally, there was no dishwashing liquid provided, and we were surprised to find that basic complementary items like sugar, coffee, tea, or salt were missing.
The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory. There was no hair dryer, the sinkhole valve was missing, and the bathtub was in terrible condition with a severely blocked drain—it took nearly an hour for water to fully drain after use.
The only redeeming aspects were the clean bed linens and towels. Unfortunately, the overall experience was so poor that we had to cut our stay short and checked out after the second night, even though we had booked for three nights.
We brought all of these concerns to the attention of the reception staff, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternate rooms were available. My wife and children were understandably very upset with the experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the condition and amenities of the rooms for future guests.
Overall it was TERRIBLE, i request a refund on this.!

So to start i was under a stair well, AND the people in the room above me were stomping around LOUDLY until after 1 am every single night. The grill they are supposed to have on site weren't out i guess? And no one was going to bring them out. EVERY dryer was out of order but the washers weren't which me and multiple other guests made the mistake of washing our clothes and there not being a dryer. The front desk lady not sure which one it was has an attitude for no reason. The knobs on the oven don't have marks on them so you just have to guess what temp your setting the oven and stove top too. The only good thing about this property is that its about a 20 minute walk to the mall or to other stores in the town.

Great Staff, Suboptimal Facilities and Cleanliness
Staff was always friendly and responsive. Hotel was fairly priced, given all factors.
Pros:
a)Staff friendly, helpful, and responsive.
b)Vending machines well stocked.
c)Bed comfortable.
d)Parking generally available and close to the main entrance.
e)Fairly priced (was a bargain).
Cons:
a)Room generally not well-cleaned, especially stove and kitchen area.
b)Bad smell in room (lobby smelled good, room did not).
c)Refrigerator extremely noisy, had to be turned off to sleep, which made the refrigerator effectively unusable.
d)No dryers in laundry area (all had the doors removed--did some previous customer vandalize them and repairs were underway?)
