showers dirty, door knob comes off, holes in wall and ceiling, water spraying out of shower head all over the bathroom, hair on the floors. staff was courteous and helpful. this our 3 rd stay at different days inn and all were in poor condition

Sounded like a herd of elephants running upstairs all night and there were dogs barking near us! The whole place inside needs an update, carpets are old and dirty and the whole building had a smell to it! The outside of the building looks new and refreshed which is very different from the inside

Manager needs to walk the facilities weekly
Average hotel that needs work on the freshness of its breakfast. Side entrance door, although labeled as locked 24 hrs. never locked.

Walls are paper thin but all else was good!
The walls are paper thin! The person in the room next to us snored the ENTIRE night so I never slept. I heard every person who walked on the floor above me and every person who coughed or talked outside my room. However, the lady at the front desk was the nicest person I have ever come in contact with!! Breakfast was pretty good and I love that they had a laundry room!

Firstly they took forever to check us in and then put us in a room that was nothing like what I reserved online a week prior. I reserved a king bed and they put us in a room with two twin beds. Ridiculous. The air conditioning unit was so loud and barely kept things cool so we all struggled to sleep. Overall the hallways were dirty and the staff was rude.

The property has been cleaned up and rooms upgraded in the past 2 years. Much improvement! Too bad the restaurant and bar wasn’t available as advertised. Would have been nice after a long trip.

Absolutely love this hotel! They made sure to check if I needed anything everyday, rooms were very neat and clean, great food and bar, and the staff Is incredible!!! If I could stay longer I would, but I will definitely be booking with this hotel for my next trip up here!
