Yes on the shuttle. I ordered a cup of clam chowder in the restaurant. It was terrible. It was tepid and had no potatoes in it. I ate it because I thought that was how it was supposed to be. The waitress came to take a dessert order and asked how it was. I said it was ok but there were no potatoes in it. She Took it back to the kitchen. Then told me it should have had the, in it. She would take it off the bill. Her boss would not let her because I had eaten it. I particularly chose this hotel because of a restaurant on site. This just does not work for me

This hotel is great for business. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
I've stayed in this location three times and the most common issue is that the bar and restaurant is under staffed. The restaurant has opened late in the morning as well as the bar. Almost every morning, I've had to hunt down the waiter for breakfast. The food was good though!

Room was clean. Bathroom was incredibly tight. Beautifully redone room and bathroom but the bathroom was very small. Staff was excellent. Parking on Saturday night was incredibly difficult but other than that, it was perfect for the price.

The staff was not friendly. The parking assigned is not clear at all. My vehicle would have got booted if i had not parked in the correct area. The hotel never mentioned until I asked the reception. The receptionist was not able to clearly specify the area. The lighting in the room was terrible.

我特意预订这家酒店就是为了双人床房型。为了选择这种房型，我还额外支付了费用。办理入住时，工作人员给了我房卡，却没有告诉我房间只有一张特大床。我回去询问后，被告知他们没有双人床房了，而且严格来说，给我的房间算是升级了，因为沙发可以当床用，所以不能退款。
漂亮又新——现在用吸尘器吸尘了
装修看起来很棒。唯一的建议是偶尔用吸尘器打扫一下那块漂亮的新地毯。除此之外，一切都一流。
我们没睡好，因为我们被安排的房间门与隔壁房间相连。我们的邻居整晚都在打电话。真是糟糕的一夜。
