The pool and hot tub was closed due to some health violation. The tub in our room didn’t have a plug. They gave us one from another room but it didn’t fit. The heating and cooling chirped like a field of crickets.

The staff assigned me a room that was musty when I came in. At first I thought it hadn’t been cleaned but at this point I just got off a long shift and was too nervous to go back to the lobby because a man had followed me earlier. I booked a double queen bed. I examined the room and everything looked okay. Until I woke up @3am because I felt like something was crawling on me. I looked from the corner of my eye and saw something plump and red. I squished it. I had no idea at the moment it was a bed bug until I tried to go back to sleep and woke up with bites all over my body. I was extremely uncomfortable and itchy the next morning. There was no one at the first desk to speak with about the matter and when I called back later. NO ONE answered. Extremely awful experience. I would never ever recommend anyone to come here.

Property was outdated and needs a good cleaning. Room was ok. Bed comfortable but bathroom missing parts of exhaust fan and lightbulb. Tub was worn, paint missing in spots. Pool and spa were closed due to health code violations in 6/25. We stayed on October. Overall ok. Price was accepted for the condition but would not stay there again.

I found the room to be clean although there was a napkin dropped by a previous guest that I found behind the bedside table. I find this in many hotel rooms that I rent. Housekeeping does not seem to check behind furniture for cleanliness.

There was a spill and a sticky floor in the elevator but this was cleaned up the next morning. It was Sunday so I was impressed.

Last minute decision for us to stay and I booked the room same day couldn’t ask for better service. Room was ready and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was ready by 6am! Convenient commute to Mayo Clinic.

Could use a little TLC in the room (caulking around the toilet and around the overflow/faucet in tub) but otherwise the room was very nice. Breakfast was actually better than a lot of places. Not only were there waffles and pastries, but also scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and sausage links.

Frustrated to tears

We didn’t get to stay the hotel was booked!!!’ Do not charge me . Rochester is known for its hospitals, my daughter very ill. We were released from hospital at 3:00 am went to hotel completely beat & not room. I tried to cancel reservation they said I couldn’t it was past the date. Return my money !!!
