Everything was wonderful - so clean and pleasant—the clerk Chintoo was so competent and kind and Patel our driver was very conscientious and helpful. We were so tired and it had been a long day so it was appreciated. Even offered us breakfast in the morning with a smile 😊

American gave me a voucher for this hotel when my flights was delayed until the next day. The 24 hour shuttle service was very easy to use. The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

This was a perfect place to stay for an overnight near the airport. The staff was wonderful. There was a small issue with our room and they found us another one immediately. They made sure we made the airport shuttle on time and the front staff helped with our heavy bags. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. Complimentary beverages. And, another plus, there’s an excellent Indian restaurant a 5 minute walk down the street.

The DFW airport is super confusing, and I called the front desk several times for assistance. Reception was super patient and helpful with each call. I was going to wait until check-in to ask question about transpiration to the nearby airline HQ for an interview, but the driver recognized that I was going and told me the hotel provided transportation and was very helpful in suggesting a shuttle time. I really appreciated that he was able to assist me and another interviewee. The price for my stay was great, and I have no complaints as I had everything I needed between the hotel and my own toiletries. I was also happy with location as I was able to order UberEats in a timely manner. It was also great to have a grab-and-go breakfast the next morning, which I was too nervous to eat that morning but took with me and devoured later. Thank you for being a helpful location and staff!

Once again, American Airlines had such a long delay that we had to stay overnight in near the airport. They gave us 3 hotel choices, none of which were anyplace that we would have stayed after the age of 21. We chose Day Inn & Suites vy Wyndham Ft. Worth DFW South; frankly, we were not happy. That being said, when we arrived at about 11:30 PM on 9/12/25. We received a very warm greeting from the gentleman at the desk, in spite of my crankiness at the time. We didn't have our luggage and he provided us with a toothbrush. I will note that the lobby had a very strong cleaning/chemical smell when we arrived. He processed us quickly and we went to our room. I have to admit, the room looked like it had been recently freshened up and was immaculate. The bathroom was clean and updated, the towels were fine and the beds were very comfortable. We took the shuttle back and forth to the airport. We had to wait 45 minutes to get to the hotel and scheduled a 5am ride back to the airport. The gentleman at the desk called us at 4:40AM to make sure we were awake and would be ready; we did not ask for a wake up call. Again, we would have never chosen this hotel. I gave it a 4/5 rating based on other hotels of their caliber, not to high end hotels. We were treated very well, had a good few hours sleep and felt that the room was clean, safe and within a reasonable distance from DFW. The drawbacks were how long it took for the shuttle to get to the airport and the very strong cleaner/chemical smell that we smelled in the lobby. The room had the smell as well, but it wasn't quite as strong. We left to early to have an opinion on the breakfast but that wouldn't make or break me on a hotel anyway.
