The property was great and smelled clean. The room was clean, the staff was really nice and there was breakfast in the morning. If we are in need of a place to stay in this part of town, we will definitely stay here again!

When I checked in the front desk clerk said I owed for the room. I had a receipt from ******* that showed I paid via ******* onekey cash and had a zero balance. They insisted I still owed $320.70. I contacted Hilton and they contacted the front desk and told them I owed nothing. Took me 30 minutes to get resolved due to an ignorant / untrained front desk clerk. Total incompetence by the front desk clerk.

She was never talking about charging your card rather she was talking to herself saying she needed to charge the card provided by ******* to cover your charges which she was trying to explain to you. Unfortunate that all you heard was charge card and fixated on that. Please know she has learned from this and will no longer speak her thoughts out loud.

Our room was extremely spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice quality bedding. Bath products and water pressure were great. There is a free shuttle as needed from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm which was very handy since the hotel is about 15-20 min from CU Boulder’s campus. Complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from and parking is free. We’d definitely stay again.

We came up for the Ironman Boulder and stayed a few nights. It was very nice and suited us well. I loved it that it was pet friendly and everything was great.
