I had a great experience with the room interiors, which were well-designed despite being a bit compact. The service was also top-notch, and the food was delicious!

Disappointed with the refund experience. We booked the hotel well in advance and were assured by the staff at the time of booking that a full refund would be given if canceled two months prior. Based on that verbal assurance, we moved forward. However, after canceling more than 7 months in advance, we were denied any refund due to a clause in the voucher we weren’t informed about properly. The staff who gave the verbal assurance had left, and the current team refused to honor the commitment. Very unprofessional handling of a genuine case. Not expected from a reputed hotel.

Our stay experience to this place was average. This property is like a 2 star property and not the 3 star as claimed by this hotel on their website. Location is in outside of city around 7 to 8 kms. We got ground floor room which doesn't have any view and ventilation as adjacent to window covered with compound wall and due to that lot of bad smell and mosquitoes issue we faced. Breakfast was not on time and breakfast spread is limited. Bedsheets and towels are not cleaned and doubt if they provided fresh towels. In bathroom there's no dental kit and package toiletries, no hair dryer. So no where this is 3 star property

Very good hotel with neat and clean rooms. Very good and supportive staff. The main manager and food manager for 'vibe'restaurant are very cooperative. I was given a complimentary upgrade to super deluxe room on the second day. Staff named sarvana was very helpful and keen to serve at any time.
