The staff was very nice. Funny, but the room had no bath towels, only handtowels and wash cloths. But we didn't need them anyway. Room was clean.

Room was very clean, although didn’t sleep all night. Seals are very noisy. Had headphones on and still couldn’t sleep. Wouldn’t reserve due to noise but was clean. Breakfast was not good, not worth it.

We enjoyed the Halloween candy in the lobby and the friendly person at the desk. Our room had too much light during the night for sleeping, provided by the nightlight near the right sink and the clock. The tv was difficult for us to operate and frustrating as we wanted to watch a Mariner baseball game.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Lori went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied! Housekeeping was on top of it, especially towels, which is a major thing for us:) the pool and hot tub were very clean and well taken care of which is exceptional for our daughter who loves to go swimming
