My family and I stay here every time we’re in the area. This year alone we’ve stayed at least 5 times and I am yet to have a grievance at all. Great area, friendly staff and super clean. We will definitely be back soon!

Very Nice, but...
Reserved a handicapped accessible room & called to make sure it had grab bars around the commode when we booked. The receptionist went to the room we were to get and verified it did. When we arrived, we were given a different room which didn't have the needed grab bars. It was a hearing & vision accessible room not a mobility accessible room, which is what we needed. Since we were staying only 1 night we didn't change rooms after we already unpacked all of our stuff, etc. The manager did offer us to be moved when we brought to his attn. I just had to use the handicapped accessible restroom in the lobby.

Would stay again
Experience was overall great. The shower could have been cleaner as there were hairs in the floor and we needed a trash can in the bathroom but overall good.

The area is nice with several dining options conveniently in walking distance. The hotel was clean quiet. Harold was very polite and helpful.

We had to book at a moments notice because of a storm that went through and knocked out the electricity in our neighborhood and cause some damage at our house. The check-in process was easy. The room was immaculate and we enjoyed the breakfast. Good coffee in the room too.

房间不算干净，但也不算太糟糕。前台超级友好，服务也很棒。最糟糕的是早餐。我们下楼吃早餐时，他们竟然没有东西吃。我们不得不等他们一点一点地把东西端上来，很多人都得等。这是我第一次在汉普顿酒店遇到这种事。不过除此之外，这家酒店离所有地方都很近，地理位置也很好，附近有很多好玩的地方。
房间很干净，按照美国标准来看，没有这个价位常见的异味。用大容量的沐浴露和洗发水分配器代替小瓶装的分配器很不错，至少在减少浪费方面迈出了一小步。
房间里的咖啡机煮出来的咖啡根本喝不下去，味道和气味都很糟糕。我们那一层的制冰机坏了。
早餐很不尽人意，质量也很差：用奶粉做的炒鸡蛋，牛奶很酸，咖啡很淡，而且和其他酒店一样，用的是纸盘和塑料餐具。
周围环境很安全，周围有餐厅、酒吧等等，但仍然很安静。
我们没有去游泳池，它比照片上小得多，因为我们到达时那里正在举行一个儿童派对。
