Our room smelled like pets! Why give a room to a family with no pets. At checkin was even asked, "no pets right" Will not return to Hampton Inn!

I cannot say enough about Crystal, your front desk staff person. She was absolutely LOVELY!! Friendly, funny and entirely Customer Service Oriented. Your hotel is always the best place to stay during our bi-annual trip between MO and SC. THANK YOU CRYSTAL. Thank you. The breakfast may has plenty of protein choices, and the staff that is on hand, is ALSO LOVELY. Whatever you are doing with this very reasonably priced hotel, which is very senior friendly, very pet friendly and good food options in walking distance, PLEASE KEEP THAT SECRET SAUCE to yourself.

The evening receptionist who checked us in was outstanding. Very friendly, patient, kind, and above-and-beyond helpful. I watched her with a couple guests in front of me and she was amazing. She was very helpful with us as well.
The Hampton Inn was good. There was a barn door covering the bathroom or closet with an automatic close feature that was a little concerning from a safety perspective with our 14 month-old granddaughter.
Breakfast was only adequate.

The staff was very welcoming and helpul. The room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. The free breakfast was really good with good options. The location was great. The view from the huge window in our top floor room provided my wife and I with beautiful scenery. Spending time together out on the patio with the fireplace, sippin on some java was very enjoyable. The only issue we encountered during the stay is that noise coming from outside. We could hear traffic and such, late into the night. The rooms window wasn't very sound proof. We agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

房间很干净，按照美国标准来看，没有这个价位常见的异味。用大容量的沐浴露和洗发水分配器代替小瓶装的分配器很不错，至少在减少浪费方面迈出了一小步。
房间里的咖啡机煮出来的咖啡根本喝不下去，味道和气味都很糟糕。我们那一层的制冰机坏了。
早餐很不尽人意，质量也很差：用奶粉做的炒鸡蛋，牛奶很酸，咖啡很淡，而且和其他酒店一样，用的是纸盘和塑料餐具。
周围环境很安全，周围有餐厅、酒吧等等，但仍然很安静。
我们没有去游泳池，它比照片上小得多，因为我们到达时那里正在举行一个儿童派对。
