Detactions, all taps leak and need new washers, they advertise WiFi, but while i was there, three nights, there was none.

Reception staff were able to upgrade my room to accommodate my family. Overall, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and food was excellent. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you Masurina Lodge!

Trying to make a forward payment for food and beverage for my son was very difficult
我非常享受在这里度过的每一刻。地理位置优越,泳池也很棒。员工们都很友好,保安也乐于助人。唯一想提意见的是早餐。酒店应该提供各种免费早餐(从麦片到熟食),而不是让客人单独点餐。我们为房间支付了这么多费用,还要为午餐和晚餐买单。所以早餐应该是免费的,而且种类应该更丰富,不应该只有面包和黄油。
第一次到阿洛陶,入住马苏里纳旅馆。我在猫途鹰上预订了3晚的房间。我晚了一天到,预订也提前了。我的住宿费是由我的担保人用信用卡支付的。我住了3晚,退房那天他们告诉我要付3晚的钱。他们应该在我入住期间通知我,这样我就应该把这件事解决了。我甚至在第一天就问过了,他们说所有费用都已经付了。当时我联系不上我的担保人确认,这让我很沮丧,所以我不得不自己付钱。在机场,我的担保人打来电话,当我询问住宿情况时,他们确认已经付了3晚的钱。于是我打电话给马苏里纳旅馆的林泽,她说这笔钱不能退。总之,由于天气恶劣,我无法成行,航班被取消了。航空公司把我们的航班改到了第二天,我们所有的住宿和餐费都由马苏里纳旅馆承担。所以我去了 Masurina,被要求支付 200 基纳才能入住一间房,而我不知道房费已经付过了。第二天我退房了,以为会得到退款,但林兹女士说她不会退款/她需要先确认。我很累,这位林兹女士应该被解雇,因为她多收了我钱,还剥夺了我获得新几内亚航空已经支付的免费住宿的权利。我建议所有旅客在与 Masurina Lodge 接待处的这位女士打交道时要小心。到目前为止,我还没有得到任何退款,也没有与 Masurina 联系。工作人员很友好,食物很好,房间很完美,但这位林兹女士需要从前台调走/她非常粗鲁和不友好,她的客户服务更差。
