游泳池关闭了，但没什么大不了的。房间里没有 USB 接口给手机充电。我忘了带插头，但现在哪个酒店没有 USB 充电器呢？电梯上行时出故障，几次下降了几英寸才终于上行。感觉就像坐嘉年华游乐设施，我拒绝再坐了。我打电话给前台，但他们似乎并不担心。我住的两晚有线电视都坏了。前台说他们正在修。最后但并非最不重要的是，他们有一辆高尔夫球车接送客人到高尔夫球场等当地目的地，但前台说它坏了，因为电池没电了。我走了一英里左右。饼干和肉汁很好吃，我不会再住在这里了。

Breakfast was bountiful but taste was lacking. A/C ran all night. Loved that! Pillows were soft n blankets were comfy. Stairwell smelled awful but the pool was nice enough

Hot staff were friendly and accommodating. Was missing bath mat a d pillow cases. Staff told us customers were stealing the pillow cases and they didnot have enough. Breakfast was good with infamous cinnamon rolls and hot food.

Staff was unavailable for 20 minutes at check in. The staff was dressed inappropriately, wearing psychedelic mushroom shirts and torn jeans. The front desk employee, “Tabatha,” was too busy disappearing on smoke breaks to appropriately handle our concerns. Our room was not ready by check in. We stood in the hall while the employee cleaned it, talking on her phone and using foul language in front of our children. Once in our room, the sheets had black smears by the head of bed, and we requested the sheets be changed. Our pillow had urine colored stains on it. We requested a new pillow and they never brought a new one. We went back downstairs and asked for directions to the pool, only to be told the pool is “not quite ready yet.” We called two days prior to confirm the readiness of the pool and they assured us it would be ready. We were there for 1.5 hours and decided to leave. No refund given, no kindness or warmth from staff the entire time. Awful experience.

Yuck!

My daughter and I stayed here one night on our long drive to Charleston. We arrived late. I can’t say enough about the kind night shift woman working the desk. She was warm, friendly, and thoughtful. I just knew we were in for a good experience. It was all downhill from there. Once we got to our room, we found the TV remote wouldn’t work, the WiFi was inaccessible, there was hair in the bathtub, there was toothpaste spit all over the mirror and faucet, and there were old candy wrappers on the floor by the bed. It was too late at night for my toddler and me to do anything about it. When we checked out in the morning, we told the lady at the desk (different person) about the state of our room. I stated I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted her to know the room hadn’t been cleaned. She quickly dismissed me and clearly couldn’t have cared less. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review…that’s how gross it was.

Room wasn’t clean, there was dirty underwear in the bathroom, clump of hair and chips on the floor, and the breakfast was lacking things that were supposed to be provided.
