Rooms were supposed to be smoke free. But two rooms down people were using recreational smoke. Was very annoying. Was there for a week. No kind of room service at all. Had to buy pillows. They only give 2. Overall. Disappointing.

Big bed clean room very nice will be going back tomorrow 10/18/2025 to 10/19/25 definitely worth the price

Dirty and noisy. I expected no frills but they fell well below that bar. Keep driving, go elsewhere.

As always the staff was great. Friendly and helpful. As far as cleanliness that could be better. Seems every time I've stayed here I've had to clean the bathroom vent fan. Dust literally clogging them and falling off. I don't think any of them.have ever been cleaned. Other thing is there is gaps under.the entry doors to your room..like the weather ***** is rusted off or missing. Easy access for rodents and allows the smell of smokers outside to get into your room as well as cold air drafts. Overall not bad for the price but I feel with a few simple improvements the stay would have been better. Again the staff is always great so no I'll will toward them.

Room a/c unit had what appears to be black mold or a large amount of dirt in it. Floors are filthy. Don’t walk in bare feet. A/c unit was terrible. Room reserved was not what was given. Beds were horrible. One bed was slanted to the side as the mattress was compressed.

I am sick and the lady wouldn't even tell me why I was unable to stay and I stayed there a week prior to that one day and it was so filthy and smelly I probably caught my sickness from there and I don't think that they're people at the desk explain things correctly to the clients
