Sat out in the cold for over 2 hours trying to check in my reserved room that was already paid for... Didn't even stay at all!!!

Easy, quick check in, the night person was friendly. The AC was on when i got in the room at nearly midnight therefore the room was very cold. However, the heater didn't seem to be working, the system only let out child air so I just turned it off but my room was cold and I was too tired to get anyone to come fix it. Otherwise the room was fine, the beds are double beds, 2 adults fit snugly in that bed.

Good customer service by clerk and cleaning staff the Owner cares for keeping place clean.

A.C was ok, parking was no problem !and the lady was nice so what can I say?? Good experience thanks

It was very clean safe and quiet and it is right by restaurants and near freeway entrance I loved it.
我们入住的第一间房空调坏了。第二间房有空调，但是毛巾不够，床单很薄，晚上很冷。也没有额外的毯子。淋浴间很小，即使对身材正常的人来说也显得拥挤。床很不舒服，坐着都会发出很大的噪音。没有微波炉，没有冰箱，也没有吹风机。我非常失望。以后再也不会来了。
到达酒店时，停车场里有几个不友善的人，好像在开派对。
房间很冷，即使调到暖气也还是冷，我们只好拿出自带的毯子。
更糟糕的是，凌晨三点左右，隔壁房间有人不停地敲门，但墙壁薄得可怜，什么动静都能听得一清二楚。敲门声一直没停，我真想冲出去把灯砸了，但考虑到这片区域……唉，以后再也不来了。
到达酒店后，我才意识到预订这家酒店是个天大的错误。首先，有个水管工就在我窗外施工，我只想好好休息，但根本没法睡。而且，我房间外面还有人走来走去，他们显然没有住处。窗外有人说话，我根本睡不着。我本来可以告诉酒店工作人员，但我不想在这件事上做坏人。我以后绝对不会再订这家酒店的房间了，我甚至都没看到保安，如果有的话，我也没看到。给以后所有想来这家酒店的人一个建议：预订前一定要白天晚上都去酒店附近看看，免得重蹈我的覆辙。
