First there was a smell that concerned my wife. Then we found roaches. When brought to the attention of staff they ignore my request to come and see. Instead offering a standard statement that leaned on there weren't roaches. Then, ******* is making me pay for the room even though I left the hotel within 30 minutes of arrival upon seeing the rottens.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s a great value for Motel 6 and in general the area is safe and quiet. Rooms are fairly standard and it’s a great place to stay when you have a flight the next day.

Jerrica always provides exceptional customer service. The woman that works 3rd shift also does a great job making sure the property is safe & quiet at night. She makes great coffee and ensures the guests have a good stay!

The person I interact with the most is Jerrica, and I have to say she’s fantastic! Every time I come in to confirm my reservations, she’s right on it. She knows exactly what she’s doing and always manages to make me feel welcome. Jerrica is so polite and respectful, and she goes out of her way to help me with anything I need. I really appreciate her and just want to give a big shoutout for having her on the team! She truly makes my experience great. Everyone else is super nice too!

The room was okay the tv didn’t work good the screen was dark called the front desk and they said they would try and place me in another room and would call me back and never did. I tried calling again and no answer,so I just stayed and slept checked out at 840 this morning
