Place was not fit for family and friends. Grounds were not well kept. Broken down vehicles in parking lot. Transient people loitering around ground floor and second floor. Laundry hanging over railing on second floor. I could go on....

In the process of moving to the area. The staff has been amazing and extremely helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Haven't had any noise issues. definitely feel safe here.

Front desk staff was great at check in. Super nice. Room was disgusting. I can’t even explain. What the walls were like. It looked like someone tried to splatter spackle on them and the curtains. The toilet paper looked like someone had spilled (I’m hoping spilled) something all over it. The floor was so dirty that I took a towel to wipe up water from our shoes and it came back black. The ceiling was peeling from what looked like water damage (we were on the 1st floor) The pillows were nonexistent they were so thin. I travel for a living and have stayed in everything from high end to super economical and this was honestly one of grossest. I actually looked to find somewhere else after we checked in but everything was completely full

Stains on bed spread and carpet dirty. Second day did not clean room or change bed spread but took all bath towel and wash cloths. Had to go down to desk to get towels.

Room was not clean, floor had not been swept and bed had hairs on the sheets and crumbs on the bedspread. Room had a heavy odor of cigarette smoke, yet was listed as non-smoking room.
I asked for a new room, but as told none were available. I asked for a refund but was told only the manager could provide that. I turned in the kids and left to find other lodging.
